Ryan White, Managing Partner
Ryan White is the founder and managing partner of Price for Profit. Combining his business experience with innovative thinking and passion for continuous improvement, Ryan continues to further develop a set of innovative yet simple approaches and tools to enable businesses to be more effective with price management. Ryan has more than 12 years experience in manufacturing operations & management, business development, and marketing. Prior to launching Price for Profit, Ryan held several leadership positions with Fortune 500 Companies where his latest role was director of marketing at a major division of Avery Dennison Corporation leading their price management efforts. Ryan also managed a $250 million division where he learned firsthand how operational effectiveness, supply chain efficiency and customer behavior all impact profitability, and how to appropriately apply pricing strategy to influence these business drivers. Ryan, a Six Sigma Black Belt, earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and MBA from Lehigh University.
Agnès McGeever, Partner
Agnès leads price management engagements focused on pricing fundamentals and pricing processes. Her extensive project management experience, coupled with her passion for process improvement, enables Agnès to assist clients with both framework development and tactical implementation to ensure project success. Agnès brings over twenty years of experience encompassing a variety of roles with several global Fortune 500 companies, including Lubrizol Corporation, Caterpillar, Inc. and Avery Dennison. Agnès has both a strong international manufacturing industry experience and a solid track record in results-oriented management assignments. Prior to joining Price for Profit, she was Service Marketing Manager at Fasson Roll North America (An Avery Dennison division) where she received the Corporate Award for "Leadership Excellence - Pricing Strategy and Process Development". Agnès earned her B.S. in Business, Logistics and International Transportation from L’Enace Université in France. Her native language is French, and she speaks English and Spanish fluently.
Keith Hohman, Partner
Keith Hohman leads pricing management engagements across many industries and client types with emphasis on the development and implementation of effective pricing strategies and structures. Keith's extensive expertise in business strategy, executive leadership, and management enables him to assist clients with sound strategic initiatives. Keith has 20 years of management experience with leadership positions in product management, marketing and sales, and was Corporate Director for Pricing Strategy for Avery Dennison, a Fortune 500 manufacturer. A change-leader, Keith successfully spearheaded a 20-person global business transformation team tasked with transforming all customer-facing business processes in the company's Retail Information Services division. Prior to joining Price for Profit, Keith led the strategic pricing team for Eaton Corporation's $4 billion Fluid Power Group. Keith received his Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the United States Military Academy and his Master of Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
Mike Bero, Partner
Mike is responsible for the overall Business Development of the organization and leading client engagements. Mike heads the Chicago office and brings an extensive global perspective from living and working for most of the past decade in Asia. Over 19 years of commercial leadership, strategic marketing and selling have prepared Mike well to lead price management engagements across B2B industries. Mike's most recent accomplishment prior to joining Price for Profit was to build the growth platform for an Avery Dennison specialty chemicals and performance films business in Asia, delivering both top-line growth and margin expansion through a successful localization process. Prior to this, as Marketing Director, he set the marketing strategy and led the tactical execution across fourteen countries in Asia Pacific leading to the doubling of the business' revenue in four years and establishing the brand as a clear number one in the market. Mike received his Bachelor's degree in economics from Indiana University, Bloomington.
Chris Donnelly, Director of Price Management
Chris is responsible for leading and supporting all aspects of price management engagements across all client types. His particular expertise is coupling his pricing knowledge effectively with change-management and cross-functional team leadership. Chris brings over 15 years experience in leadership positions in business development growth, change implementation, and project leadership. In addition to focusing on price leaks, he concentrated on and trained the organization on value-based selling and a consultative approach to client management. While responsible for business development at his previous ventures, Chris led initiatives to analyze clients' existing communications workflow, developing recommendations for process improvements aimed at reducing cycle times, lower production cost, and improving brand consistency. Chris is a graduate of John Carroll University where he earned a B.S. in Finance.
Adrienne Gordon, Director of Pricing Strategy
Adrienne has over 10 years of Strategic Pricing experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, and service businesses, which shaped her into a thought leader in pricing science, price strategy, and pricing process redesign. Adrienne designed and deployed the strategic pricing approach for over 120 global entities while project manager of the Strategic Pricing initiative at Parker Hannifin Corporation; an initiative Wall Street Journal attributed to generating an incremental $800 Million in profits for the company. During her tenure as Director of Pricing for American Greetings Corp., Adrienne led a multi-phased pricing research project that resulted in the re-architecture of their value-pricing structure. Prior to Joining Price for Profit, Adrienne spearheaded the vision of pricing excellence across 35 companies in the five business groups of Eaton Corporation. This vision will be the basis of Eaton's pricing approach for years to come, and is expected to drive profitable growth worldwide. Adrienne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and a Master's Degree in Marketing from Western New England College.
Mike Falanga, Director of Software Development Michael focuses on data transformation and analytics, and developing smart, easy-to-use solutions geared to providing clients the information they need to make informed pricing decisions. His expertise resides in his ability to extract complex datasets and effectively transform the data to surface hypothesis-driven pricing opportunities. A firm believer that the best way to deliver great solutions is to partner with the customer and focus efforts on business value, Michael practices techniques that provide constant communication and feedback. Michael began his technology career as a programmer consultant. This experience allowed him to witness a variety of solutions across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Price for Profit, Michael held positions as a Senior Systems Analyst atGreat Lakes Lithograph and then at Software Answers, Inc. At both places, not only was he the technical lead for each company's software products, he was also instrumental in optimizing the software development process.
Joe Bogner, Director of Technology Strategy
Joe is responsible for aligning and optimizing technology solutions with business needs. Prior to joining Price for Profit, Joe spent 10 years developing and leading mission-critical projects to fuel business growth. Joe has extensive experience in financial, manufacturing and software industries. During his work at a large financial institution, Joe successfully led the design and development of the first electronic signature initiative for a top tier wholesale lender using state of the art technology. Joe also worked for a global I.T. consulting firm where he was responsible for architecting and delivering software for Fortune 500 customers. Joe's passion is for decomposing complex business needs into simple and profound technology solutions. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Cleveland State University.
